  I found Michael Rossi to be rude, arrogant and greedy. He represented my wife during the course of a guardianship proceeding in Erie County Supreme Court. When the judge made his determinations regarding attorney fees, not even 5 weeks had elapsed when he cowardly went behind my back, contacted my attorney and threatened court action unless I came up with the entire amount due within 48 hours. Because of my wife's Alzheimer's, she is confined to a skilled nursing facility under Medicaid funding. Because of the resulting heavy income limit restrictions, my resources are considerably strained. All other attorneys involved have been very cooperative and accommodating, but not Mr. Rossi. He represents all that people hate about lawyers and gives them all a bad name. He is a greedy, self-serving jackass!
